Brookmount Explorations Inc. (OTC BB: BMXI),
Is a Nevada registered exploration stage resource company with its base
in Bellingham, Washington. Brookmount was formed in 1999, and in February-2005 executed a sales
agreement to purchase the Mercedes 100 Mining Concession from Peter Flueck. What is essentially
the Company’s bedrock project, the Mercedes 100 claims–located in Peru–protect a total of 3,111
hectares (over 12 square miles) in six concessions registered in good standing with the Peruvian
government. Flueck came onboard as Brookmount’s President following the sale.
Brookmount is aggressively pursuing the development of its bedrock project, the Mercedes 100, and management is focused on the acquisition and development of quality resource properties,
with a special focus on South America and Canada. This geographical predilection stems from Mr. Flueck’s, and others on the management team, extensive experiences in resources
acquisition and development in these areas.
An important element of Brookmount’s Mission and ethical structure is that, as an exploration company, to always respect
the people, environment, customs and culture, in addition to working within the regulatory environment , of a given host country or region.
